A Brief History of Paradox Church

In January of 2016, a small group of committed, but recently displaced, Christians gathered together in a living room, and shared a mutual sense that God was calling them to start a church.

They wanted this church to be centered on Jesus Christ.
They wanted this church to talk about the things that are hard to talk about.
And they wanted this church to be passionate about the equality of every human being.

A month later, on February 20 of that year, Paradox Church opened its doors for the first time.
Since that time we have laughed together, cried together, danced together, lamented together, and celebrated together.
We moved to the Carriage House at Prospect Park in Redlands,
settled in to the Mission Church on Cajon Street,
and now are comfortably online until public health officials tell us it is safe for us to meet in person together again.

We would love for you to join us for our worship service at 10:00 am on Saturdays.
And if you are looking for a church home, we would love for you to be part of our church with us.
